We stayed in this hotel on March. Very well located and connected to all the main areas. Room was a bit small, but confortable and clean. There were some broken tiles in the bathroom, fixed with scotch tape (We don't think it is a good thing for the hotel presentation). One of the best things of this hotel, a part from the location, is the reception staff. The first one we met was Simone, a nice italian guy, who welcomed us (and everyone) with a friendly smile, very professional and willing to help. He also spoke spanish, which helped us a lot (as not everyone of us speaks english properly). He and his colleauges looked all very trained (at least the ones we knew, Marta and Veronica) so, congratulation to all of them and to the manager!
