I stayed here last week for 4 nights with my husband. It was my 5ht stay and my husbands 4th stay at this hotel. As usual it was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is a great place to stay in a quiet location with easy acess to travel around London. However for us, a big plus is the friendliness of the staff, always ready to offer help, in particular Sabrina who is a marvellous member of the team. She was always smiling and helped us out with everything from travel plans to internet connections. She made us feel valued. Thank you Sabrina!
