Terms and conditions
- Minimum stay – 1 week
- You will be asked to provide a credit/debit card at the time of the booking to secure your reservation; by booking you are authorising the debiting of the card provided.
- Full payment can be done by cash or credit card upon arrival.
- Payment by credit and debit card will be subject to a 5% handling surcharge. No charge for Sterling Traveller Cheques.
- We accept cash payment also by Euros or U.S Dollars at no extra charge.
- Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation must be sent by fax or by Email by the person who originally made the reservation and confirmed by us.

- Cancellation for bookings of 2 week and more must be given minimum 2 weeks before arrival day or suffer cancellation fee of 7 nights.
- In case of no show or in the case where no written notice for cancellation is given, we will automatically charge the full amount of the booking.
By making a reservation with us, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy.
