Staff are helpful and kind. The room is clean with nice bathroom. And, the location is perfect with few mins walk to either Bayswater Station or Queensway Station. However, it is nosiy with the renovation work on lower ground floor. There is no free wifi and in-room phone. Except thses factor, it is an execellent to stay in LHH.
