Booked a double room with 2 twin beds and based on the website descriptions, was quite looking forward to the stay. Checked in and room was not ready. Was given a key to a small room in the basement in the galley outside the breakfast kitchen. Room was tidy but damp. Carpets had not been vacuumed, but bathroom was spotless. Room was cozy, if a bit isolated from the rest of the hotel. Breakfast workers turned on loud radio in the kitchen (right beside room) at 6am and the room was quite noisy from then on with kitchen doors slamming, people talking and shouting, smoking outside of the room window etc. A decent stay for the price, however clean floors and a restful sleep would be appreciated.
