Payment procedure:

To confirm a booking a Deposit of 50% will be charged within 48 hours of confirmation.
If the deposit will not be paid within a week from confirmation we reserve the right to cancel the booking automatically and all hotel accommodation released.
Group payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card and UK debit cards. (All credit card payments are subjected to 3% credit card surcharge and payments by bank transfer are subjected to payment of all bank charges).

Amendments and Cancellations
8 weeks cancellation policy – for any cancellation done up to 8 weeks before arrival date the deposit will be refund less 5% administration fee.
Less then 8 weeks 25% charge.
Less then 6 weeks 50% charge
Less then 4 weeks 75% charge.
Less then 2 weeks 100% charge.

Room reduction of 15% or more less than 4 weeks before arrival – 1 night will be charged for the reduced rooms.
Room reduction of 15% or more less than 2 weeks before arrival will incur full cancellation charges of 100%.
Any rooms cancelled from the booking inside of 5 days prior to arrival will incur full cancellation charges of 100%.
Amendment charges will NOT be applied to booking amendments where either:
i. both the number of rooms and number of nights increases
ii. the number of rooms increases and the number of nights does not decrease
iii. the number of nights increases and the number of rooms does not decrease.

Group falls below 10 rooms
Should the number of guests in your party fall below 10 rooms, as this is no longer a 'group' the booking will be liable for re-pricing.
